Overview

The University of Wollongong (UOW), is a well-known public research university in Australia since 1975. In its early years, the university only had one campus, which is now the main campus, in Wollongong. Today, it has 10 campuses throughout Australia and overseas. In addition to China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), it also has campuses abroad. Additionally, the university collaborates with over 400 other institutions around the world to promote exchange programmes and research-related partnerships.

 

There are 365 programmes available at the University of Wollongong, including undergraduate, postgraduate, postgraduate research, and doctoral levels. It offers these courses through its four faculties of business and law, engineering and information sciences, arts, social sciences, and humanities, as well as science, medicine, and health. Physical sciences, law, engineering, geography, geophysics, statistical and operational courses are some of the popularly chosen and highly ranked courses offered by the university.
